I’m a scientist at the Cooperative Institute for Satellite Earth System Studies (CISESS), which is a collaboration between NC State and NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information. My primary research is focused on hydrological processes during extreme conditions (mainly drought) that can adversely impact society and the role climate in modulating these risks.
